Josh was raised near Chicago. After five years of college hopping, he got married and moved to Austin, Texas. It’s there that he—after six years of working in churches—decided to become a writer. His first book, My Generation, was released in 2009 and Heroes and Monsters released March 1, 2012.

When he isn’t writing, Josh maintains a busy travel schedule, speaking around the country at various venues.
