Josh was raised near Chicago. After five years of college hopping, he got married and moved to Austin, Texas. It’s there that he—after six years of working in churches—decided to become a writer. His first book, My Generation, was released in 2009 and his upcoming book, Heroes and Monsters, will be released in the spring of 2012.

When he isn’t writing, Josh maintains a busy travel schedule, speaking around the country at various venues.
